Alina Litvinova graduated from the Gymnasium and College of the Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Music and Theatre. In 2020, she completed her studies at the Pyotr Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, and in 2022 she graduated from its postgraduate Artist Diploma programme (Assistantship–Internship) in the class of Professor Eduard Grach. She is a laureate of numerous international competitions, including the Delphic Games of Russia and Europe, the Yevgeny Mravinsky International Competition, the Aiman Mussakhajayeva International Violin Competition in Astana, Violin of the North, Dedicated to Sergei Prokofiev, and the Eduard Grach International Violin Competition. From 2010 to 2015, Ms Litvinova was a soloist and member of the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra, serving as its Concertmaster from 2013. Between 2016 and 2019, she was Concertmaster of the Moskovia Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Eduard Grach. She has toured extensively throughout Russia and internationally, performing in Israel, China, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Uzbekistan, and the United Arab Emirates. As a soloist, she has appeared with the Moskovia Chamber Orchestra, the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra, the Krasnoyarsk Symphony Orchestra, the Harbin Symphony Orchestra, the Tel Aviv Soloists Chamber Orchestra, the Odessa Opera Orchestra, and the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra for Children and Youth. She has also participated in concert programmes organized by the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation and the New Names Foundation named after Ivetta Voronova. Since 2022, Ms Litvinova has been a member of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia. Since 2025, she has served as First Violin of the Glinka State String Quartet.

Maxim Votintsev was born in Nizhny Novgorod in 1996. In 2016, he graduated from the Academic Music College of the Moscow Conservatory, where he studied with Vladimir Ivanov. In 2021, he graduated with honours from the Pyotr Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, studying violin with Professor Vladimir Ivanov and chamber ensemble and string quartet with Associate Professor Anna Yanchishina. He is a laureate of several international competitions. As a member of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory String Quartet, he won a prize at the M. K. Ogiński International Chamber Ensemble Competition in Smarhon, Belarus, in 2015. Votintsev has participated in numerous music festivals in Russia and abroad. He has performed both as a chamber musician and as a soloist with the Mstislav Rostropovich Nizhny Novgorod Philharmonic Academic Symphony Orchestra and other ensembles. Since 2023, he has been a member of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia.

Maria Mikhailovskaya was born in Moscow in 1978 into a family of musicians, both of whom were members of the Orchestra of the Bolshoi Theatre of the USSR. She studied at the Central Music School of the Moscow Conservatory and continued her musical education in Spain and Germany. Her teachers included Alexander Fedorchenko, Galina Zubareva, Dmitry Miller, and Klaus Heitz (cello), as well as Tigran Alikhanov and Arie Vardi (chamber music). She has also participated in masterclasses with Boris Pergamenschikow, Ivan Monighetti, Álvaro Campos, José María Redondo, and other distinguished musicians. Mikhailovskaya has performed in chamber ensembles with such renowned artists as Haik Kazazyan, Vadym Kholodenko, Vladimir Sverdlov-Ashkenazy, Kirill Soldatov, Andrey Mikhailovsky, Alexander Bobrovsky, Valentina Lisitsa, Alexander Klyuchko, Elena Revich, Dmitry Prokofiev, Pavel Nersessian, and the Karol Szymanowski Quartet. As a chamber musician, she has toured throughout Europe, the United States, Japan, and China. She has also appeared on numerous occasions as part of the European Candlelight Concerts series. For many years, Mikhailovskaya collaborated with the Glinka State String Quartet and joined the ensemble as a permanent member in 2024. She has performed with the Bolshoi Theatre Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Alexander Lazarev and served as Assistant Principal Cello with both the Spanish National Youth Orchestra and the Metro Philharmonic International Youth Symphony Orchestra under Joel Spiegelman. Since 2003, she has been a member of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia. Since 2022, she has also performed with the orchestra's cello ensemble.

Ioann Berdugin was born in Yekaterinburg in 1993. He began his musical studies at the Ural Music College in 2001, where he studied violin with Irina Mezrina. In 2011, he switched to viola, studying with Professor Alexey Silaev. In 2018, he graduated from the Pyotr Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, where he studied with Professor Alexander Bobrovsky. Berdyugin is a scholarship recipient of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation and has appeared in numerous concerts organized by the Foundation. He performs on an instrument presented to him by Maestro Vladimir Spivakov. He was a member of the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Yuri Bashmet. In 2019, he was awarded First Prize at the 10th S. I. Savshinsky International Competition for Young Performing Musicians in St Petersburg. In 2015, he received a grant from the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia. Since the 2018/19 season, he has been a member of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia.

Oleg Smirnov was born on 21 August 1950 into a musical family. His father, German Alexandrovich Smirnov, was a bassoonist and a member of the Orchestra of the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of the USSR. In 1977, he graduated from the Pyotr Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, where he studied with Professor Galina Kozolupova. A significant part of his artistic career was devoted to one of Russia's most distinguished musical institutions—the Orchestra of the Bolshoi Theatre of the USSR, where he performed from 1975 to 1996. His outstanding musicianship and distinctive artistic personality brought him success at international competitions, earning him prizes at the Béla Bartók International Festival in Budapest (1975) and the Valentino Bucchi International Competition in Rome (1990). In 1994, Smirnov founded the Glinka String Quartet, which was granted the status of a State Ensemble in 2000. As a cellist, he is renowned for his warm, expressive tone, exceptional technical mastery, and refined sense of ensemble playing. Reviewing one of his performances, a Mexican newspaper wrote: "Oleg Smirnov's cello weeps like a child one moment and roars like a lion the next."
